Preheat the oven to 375 F, and lightly grease your donut pan. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, and yogurt, and beat until completely combined.
Pour the batter into a piping bag, or a plastic bag with the corner cut off. Pipe the batter into the cavities of the prepared donut pans, filling them each about ⅔ full.
Bake the donuts in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until they spring back when touched. Let the donuts cool completely.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the confectioners' sugar, the remaining ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
Add 2 to 3 drops of red food coloring, and mix until combined. Add more food coloring, if you want a darker red color.
Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze, then top with sprinkles. Let the donuts sit until the glaze sets, then serve.
