Za'atar Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup labneh or Greek yogurt
1 ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoon thyme
1 ½ teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 ½ teaspoon tablespoon sumac
8 slices white bread
Directions
Roughly chop the hard-boiled eggs.
Mix the chopped eggs with the mayonnaise, labneh, mustard, and seasonings.
Divide the egg salad evenly between 4 bread slices, then top each one off with another slice of bread.
Slice and serve right away.
