Za'atar Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup labneh or Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ teaspoon tablespoon sumac
  • 8 slices white bread
Directions
  1. Roughly chop the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Mix the chopped eggs with the mayonnaise, labneh, mustard, and seasonings.
  3. Divide the egg salad evenly between 4 bread slices, then top each one off with another slice of bread.
  4. Slice and serve right away.
