Ingredients
  • 2 cups dry apple cider
  • 1 cinnamon stick, plus more for serving
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 star anise, plus more for serving
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • ½ orange, sliced, plus more for serving
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
  1. In a medium-sized pan, heat up the dry apple cider with the cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, and ground ginger. Allow the ingredients to simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Add the orange juice, sliced oranges, and brown sugar, then allow everything to simmer for a few more minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, and serve the mulled dry apple cider straight away.
