Ingredients
  • 2-inches ginger root
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup broth
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
Directions
  1. Peel the ginger, then using a microplane, grate the ginger. Using a garlic press, crush the garlic.
  2. In a small bowl or jar, combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, broth, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  3. Add the mixture to a small pot, and bring to medium heat. Then, add the arrowroot powder 1 teaspoon at a time, and stir with a small whisk continuously for 5 minutes. Reduce to a simmer, and cook for 5 more minutes.
