Simple Oven-Roasted Garlic Recipe

1 garlic bulb
Ingredients
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Cut the top ΒΌ off of the garlic bulb and then strip away the outer peels from the sides.
  3. Place the garlic bulb on a sheet of aluminium foil with the cut side facing up. Drizzle the garlic with the olive oil, and then season with the salt and pepper.
  4. Gently wrap the garlic bulb in the foil, and then place it in the oven for 45 minutes.
  5. When done, the garlic cloves should be lightly browned in color and soft to the touch. Remove from the oven and eat hot, add to other dishes, or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
