Good things come in square packages—particularly when you're dealing with pixelated versions of what chefs are eating.

Thursday is #TBT in the Instagram world, so we figured we'd play along by serving you the week's best Instagram photos by chefs. Last week saw everything from city slicker sheep to tomatoes three ways. Today, we peep into a few chefs' lives with market-fresh beans, perfectly brûléed meringue and all the fast-food burgers in between.
