The duo turn local duck, beef (from Middlebrook, Pat's parents' nearby farm), pork, turkey and more into lunch meats, charcuterie and sausages. Our sole regret from a recent visit: that we left with only one jar of bacon jam, an addicting spread made with bacon, onions and maple syrup.

Journeyman only offers two spirits (for now): white rye whiskey and aged rye. Take a bottle of each home in a handcrafted wooden case ($85). Vodka, rum and gin will be released soon.
