Roberta's tasting-menu annex is in full operational mode. And the $180 price tag could even be considered a bargain. When we dined, the meal included 27 unimpeachable courses. Predictably, the pasta was stunning, as was the house-baked bread. Most striking of all were the sashimi courses: Chef Carlo Mirarchi has sourced some truly breathtaking fish.
