Dan Kluger and chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten of ABC Kitchen have teamed with the Num Pang boys to offer an ABC Pang sandwich (chicken salad with Thai basil, jalapeños, chile mayonnaise and lime piled onto a crunchy semolina baguette topped with crispy chicken skin and Thai chile-and-candied-ginger-spiked cashew butter), which benefits the Edible Schoolyard Project and the Double H Ranch.
