This South Miami restaurant was early to the Southern food party, and the menu reflects Chef Brendan Connor's expertise with the cuisine. Diners agree--Whisk has been in a larger space for years now, but the place is consistently packed. Try the fried green tomatoes or the buttermilk-fried chicken and spinach salad. If it's Friday, go for the special burger.
