The Meatball Joint

This South Beach restaurant really wants to appeal to dudes, with its steely interior and the menu’s smattering of “balls” jokes. The food is not a joke: Try the classic Italian meatballs with addicting fire-roasted marinara sauce and greens of the day. Even vegetarians are welcome: Order the "West Hollywood" eggplant "meatballs" ($9).  Skip the cookie sandwiches with their scanty portions of ice cream--you'll probably be too full anyway.
