Garvanza's

Highland Park has another new restaurant, located on Ave. 64, that serves affordable, inexpensive Mexican food. There are grilled chiles blanketed with queso fresco, and a more Caribbean-style dish of pork-shoulder pernil, served with mango salsa and rice and beans.
