Pailin Thai
We're quickly developing an obsession for this northern Thai restaurant's roasted duck salad. Tossed with iceberg and anemic-looking tomatoes, the grayish strips of ducks aren't visually impressive. But once you grab a bite with a fingerful of sticky rice, soaking up the lime-and-fish-sauce-heavy dressing, you'll quickly understand why we order it.
