This growing sandwich chain's latest, flagship location adds a convenient, non-Farmer's Market option to the corner of 3rd and Fairfax. There's the pork-belly banh mi, a perennial favorite at any Mendocino location, but we've recently been taken with the lemongrass-scented-steak version of the Vietnamese sandwich.
