The Golden State

In this city of burgers, we often find ourselves returning to this Fairfax restaurant when craving a medium-rare patty with an excellent sear. The curry ketchup goes wonderfully with Golden State's well-crisped fries, and that's saying a lot, as we usually loathe things spiced with curry powder. Here, it somehow works.
