If it’s warm out, it’s time for a Poste Roast. The Penn Quarter restaurant just launched the outdoor feast under new chef Dennis Marron. The menu includes a whole roasted lamb with apricot chutney and garden-mint purée, and a suckling pig with apple butter. New this year are clambakes and crab boils.
