The new menu includes a special pizza topped with sausage, smoked gouda and scrambled eggs, and a BLT benedict with maple-glazed pork belly and fried green tomatoes. Start the meal with cinnamon rolls, which get a crisp, caramelized shell as they cook in a cast-iron skillet.
