Prior to that she edited the Food and Dining section of washingtonpost.com. Her work has been featured in numerous publications including The Washington Post, Express and USA Today and she has appeared on NBC, Fox, WUSA 9 (CBS), and News Channel 8.
"Erin knows the Washington DC food community inside and out," says Nick Fauchald, Tasting Table's editor-in-chief. "Her expert understanding of what makes DC a great American food city is one-of-a-kind and will give our readers an insider's look at the city's growing food scene."
"Washington DC is one of the most exciting, fast-growing food cities in the world," says Hartigan. "We have transitioned from a town known primarily for its politics to a world-class hub for food, farmers' markets, drinks and more. Tasting Table DC will be the city's best resource for the new, undiscovered and interesting places, people, and things that make DC a food-lover's city." Tasting Table Washington DC is the daily email's sixth edition. Other editions include New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco and the "National" edition.
