Tasting Table Launches Chefs' Recipes Edition
Presented by Official Launch Sponsor Cascade®
New York, NY (March 30, 2010)--Tasting Table, the free daily epicurean email, is thrilled to announce the launch of its Chefs' Recipes Edition. This biweekly national email will deliver one amazing recipe from a notable chef, cookbook author or mixologist that has been adapted and tested for the adventurous home cook in Tasting Table's own kitchens.
Subscribers can expect exclusive, never-before-published recipes as well as sneak previews of soon-to-be-released cookbooks and upcoming restaurants from the country's best chefs. Each email will also include a short story about the recipe's creator and explain why readers should cook the recipe in that particular moment.
Presented by Cascade®, the edition's official launch sponor, the debut email will feature New York's Maialino and in the coming weeks Chefs' Recipes will offer dishes from the likes of Forage (LA), Kith and Kin (CHI), Nopa (SF) and Equinox (DC).
"Tasting Table readers are not just dining and drinking enthusiasts--they are avid home cooks ranging from novice to advanced," says Editor-in-Chief Nick Fauchald. "They are hungry for original, seasonal and delicious recipes, and Tasting Table answered the call with our Chefs' Recipes edition."
