This past weekend, bartenders and boozehounds from across the country gathered in New York City for the third year of the Manhattan Cocktail Classic. The weekend was filled with tastings, seminars and parties, but the highlight of it all was the opening night gala on Friday at the New York Public Library.

Spanning four floors and two city blocks, the party was a dipsomaniac’s paradise. But with more than 80 cocktails on offer, it's unlikely anyone could remember them all the next day.
