April Bloomfield Hits the Road
We’ve already declared our love for April Bloomfield, the multitalented chef from across the pond, and her new cookbook, A Girl and Her Pig. And her roasted red onions with sage pesto are regulars on our table.
Fellow Bloomfield fans, take note: April’s hitting the road. Starting July 7, she’ll be promoting her cookbook across the country, collaborating with some of the most celebrated regional chefs along the way.
Check out the map and details here: She’ll be roasting lamb with Sean Brock in Charleston, cooking alongside the Blackbird team in Chicago and hosting dinners up and down the West Coast.
