Mad for Mugaritz
June may be over, but we still can't get enough of all things Spanish. So we were thrilled when a copy of Mugaritz landed on our desks. The book is the first English release from Andoni Luis Aduriz, the mastermind behind the famed Basque country restaurant Mugaritz ($50; buy here) and chronicles the inner workings of the restaurant, from its history to its name.
But this is no hands-off coffee table cookbook. Many of the gorgeous dishes are easy enough to be created at home, with a little preparation. Tackle recipes like pumpkin glazed in savory syrup and a silky bread stew infused with pink geranium leaves, covered with crabmeat.
