Last week the Tasting Table team traveled down south to Miami to launch our newest city edition (click here to upgrade your subscription). There were ocean swims and tasty ropa vieja, but the highlight of the week was our launch party, hosted at the just-opened hot spot, The Federal. Joined by our new Miami editor, Trina Sargalski, we toasted the launch with delicious Partida tequila cocktails, wine and beer, and snacks like fried mac 'n' cheese balls and buffalo-style chicharrones.
