For nearly three years, our editors have been roving the States, dining and drinking high and low as they seek out the best chefs, bartenders, winemakers and food purveyors wherever they call home.

Now, we're proud to invite the world of food and drink into our home to share these talented tastemakers' ideas with you:

Introducing the Tasting Table Test Kitchen & Dining Room, our new headquarters for cooking, tasting, mixing and entertaining. Click here to explore the space and learn how we built it and outfitted it with the best products we could find, including Jenn-Air® kitchen appliances and equipment from our partners at Le Creuset, Revol, Oneida, Wüsthof, OXO, Polyscience, KitchenAid, Magimix, iSi, Whole Foods Market and Vitamix.

We collaborated with designers Eric Cheong and Loren Daye, who first met at Roman & Williams, the incomparably hip design studio behind The Standard and the Ace hotel in New York. Along with Tribeca Builders, we converted an 18th-century Soho loft into a flexible space--as appropriate for testing our Chefs' Recipes and Top Shelf cocktails as for hosting dinner and cocktail parties, teaching master classes or producing videos.

And to keep our cooking and entertaining machine well-oiled and our guests well-fed, we're excited to announce the arrival of our first-ever executive chef, Brendan McHale.
