Le Creuset debuts an exclusive new color
The star of any wedding registry and a must-have in a well-equipped kitchen, the Le Creuset family of products has always been synonymous with quality. They’re also pieces you’ll want to show off, available in a brilliant rainbow of colors, from classic Flame to brilliant Marseille.
Le Creuset recently debuted a new color, Quince, at a lunch at the Tasting Table Test Kitchen & Dining Room. Guests mingled and dined on exquisite dishes including roasted artichokes, crab tartines and roasted Brussels sprouts and sunchokes with Meyer lemon vinaigrette (see the recipe), all while ogling the new shade, named after the fragrant fruit.
Created exclusively for Williams-Sonoma, the line's warm yellow hue graces everything from loaf pans to teakettles, adding brightness to any kitchen. The heavy-duty enamel cast-iron cookware is virtually indestructible; these are pieces you’ll have forever.
In the depths of winter, the color is a welcome harbinger of spring. Check out the full line of Quince products from Le Creuset.
