Beaver Creek Expect local beers, organic spirits and hearty, meaty snacks (like lamb meatballs and grass-fed beef sliders) at the Park Hyatt's newly revamped 8100 Restaurant & Bar. The main dining room is closed during official après-ski hours (2 to 5:30 p.m.), but it's just as well: The bar offers the best mountain views (pictured).

Park City Skip the latest Jean-Georges outpost in favor of High West, a ski-in gastro-distillery in Old Town, where former biochemist David Perkins bottles his renowned Rendezvous Rye Whiskey and 7000 Vodka, made from oats and snowmelt. It's not all about the booze, though: Swiss-trained chef James Dumas turns out gooey, soul- and finger-warming favorites like a whiskey-spiked fondue.

Snowmass Grab a seat at the 87-foot glass bar at Viceroy restaurant Eight K, where you'll find juiced-to-order cocktails and comfort food ranging from meatballs to tacos. If you're looking for something to grab and go, the Kelly Wearstler-designed slope-side ski-in spot Nest has a steamy pool, bumping music and crusty panini.

Telluride At the base of Telluride's Lift 4, Hop Garden boasts the best burgers in town (thanks to the tenderloin-rib eye blend stolen from predecessor Skier Union Cafe). Look for the big yellow umbrella and join the Mug Club: For $20 you can get a souvenir mug and $1 discounts on brews like Fat Tire and Mothership.
