Popcycle Creamery: In Sacramento, California, this new company peddles (and pedals) these nostalgic treats via bicycle. Flavors rotate seasonally and feature a smart range from lemon lavender to salted caramel.

Saint Cupcake: This popular bakery in Portland, Oregon, has just entered the frozen field with several ice cream sandwich variations and push pops. For the Bonbonbutterbun version, butter pecan ice cream is mixed with pieces of cinnamon-sugar-coated brioche.

Jeni's Ice Cream: This Ohio-based ice cream powerhouse is responsible for first setting our minds racing about the push pop revival. Its owner, Jeni Britton Bauer, offers a recipe for push pops in her book, which came out last year. At the shops, you can find offerings like yogurt and grapefruit.
