Banks 7 Golden Age

Recipe adapted from Jim Meehan, PDT

Yield: 1 drink


Cook Time: 5 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS
  • Ice

    2 ounces Banks 7 Golden Age Rum

    1 ounce Martini Rosato vermouth

    1 dash orange bitters (preferably Regan?s)

    1 dash Abbott?s Bitters (or substitute Angostura)

    Orange peel, for garnish

     

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the rum, vermouth and both bitters. Stir well until chilled; strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with the twist of orange peel.
