TT Tip: If you can’t find rose water, substitute rose simple syrup or a regular one-part-sugar-to-one-part-water simple syrup (whisk until dissolved, or heat in a small saucepan until the sugar is completely dissolved).

Sparkling Rosé Cocktail

Recipe from the Tasting Table Test Kitchen

Yield: Serves 2


Cook Time: 5 minutes

  • INGREDIENTS
  • Ice

    3 ounces gin

    1 ounce dry vermouth

    1 ounce fresh lemon juice

    ¼ ounce rose water

    4 ounces soda water

    Sparkling rosé

    2 lemon peels

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the gin, vermouth, lemon juice and rose water. Shake and strain into two Champagne flutes. Top with soda water and sparkling rosé and garnish with lemon peels. Serve immediately.
