This drink is the offspring of a Hemingway Daiquiri and a Vodka Gimlet, and pivots on its unusual base spirit--a barrel-aged vodka.
Gimlet in Ernest

- INGREDIENTS
Ice
2 ounces Chase Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Aged vodka
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce maraschino liqueur
Lime twist for garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, lime juice and maraschino liqueur. Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the lime twist and serve.
