Turf War
Yield: 1 drink
Cook Time: 10 minutes
- INGREDIENTS
2 ounces aquavit
¾ ounce Lillet Blanc
1 barspoon maraschino liqueur
1 dash absinthe
1 dash orange bitters
Ice
Green olive
Lemon peel
In a mixing glass, combine the aquavit, Lillet, maraschino liqueur, absinthe and orange bitters. Add ice; stir until cold, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, then garnish with the green olive and a twist of the lemon peel.
