TT Test Kitchen Tip: Rooibos tea (also called redbush or South African red tea) is caffeine-free and has a sweet berry flavor that pairs beautifully with sugar cookies. This recipe works equally well with chamomile tea. If you can't find loose-leaf rooibos, purchase rooibos tea bags and open a bag to use the leaves inside.
