TT Test Kitchen Tip: India Pale Ale or IPA is a slightly bitter beer with a strong hoppy flavor. Feel free to substitute your favorite brew for a new take on this refreshingly simple cocktail.
Bittersweet Shandy
Yield: 1 cocktail

- INGREDIENTS
1½ ounces Campari
½ ounce fresh orange juice
1 bottle chilled IPA
In a tall glass, combine the Campari and orange juice. Top with IPA and serve.
