Dry Rye Negroni

Recipe adapted from Scott Beattie, Spoonbar, Healdsburg, CA

Yield: 1 cocktail

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ounce St. George Dry Rye Gin

    ¾ ounce Gran Classico

    ¾ ounce Carpano Antica Formula vermouth

    Ice

    Orange peel 

DIRECTIONS

Add gin, Gran Classico, vermouth and ice to a shaker. Stir until chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain and serve up, garnished with a piece of orange peel.
