The Hoptail With No Name

Recipe adapted from Todd Thrasher of Virtue Feed & Grain

Yield: Makes 1 cocktail

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 2 ounces yuzu juice (available in Japanese markets)

    ½ ounce honey

    1¼ ounces gin

    ¼ ounce bourbon

    Ice

    1½ ounces Hefeweizen

    1 drop orange flower water

DIRECTIONS

Combine the yuzu juice, honey, gin, bourbon and ice in a shaker, then shake to combine. Add the beer, then strain the mixture into an ice-filled highball glass and add the orange flower water. Serve immediately.
