On Thursday, July 28th, chef and restaurateur Andrew Carmellini joined us at the Test Kitchen for a special four-course dinner inspired by the food at his Italian restaurant, Locanda Verde. Guests enjoyed Negronis and canapés before sitting down for dishes like tuna crudo with Sungold tomatoes, Calabrian chili and watermelon, and a slow-roasted porchetta della casa.
