On Wednesday, September 30th, Chef Alex Guarnaschelli of the Food Network joined us at the Test Kitchen for a special dinner celebrating women in the culinary field. Guests enjoyed cocktails and canapes before sitting down to a four-course dinner of dishes like prime dry-aged bone-in ribeye with black truffles and dark chocolate tarts, vanilla bean ice cream, lime sugar, and warm beignets.
