On Tuesday, December 1st, Chef Brendan McHale of The Eddy joined us at the Test Kitchen for a special holiday dinner. Guests enjoyed cocktails and passed canapes before sitting down to a four-course dinner of dishes like fried sunchokes with Jonah crab, whipped ricotta, and brown butter sabayon, and Duroc pork belly with chickpea polenta and chanterelle mushrooms in bonito butter.
