We were honored to host chef René Redzepi of Copenhagen's Noma restaurant in the Test Kitchen on November 12 to celebrate the publication of his new book "A Work In Progress: Journal, Recipes and Snapshots." Redzepi read excerpts from the book to an intimate gathering of food media, friends and some well-known chef pals (Dave Chang, Marcus Samuelsson and Frank Falcinelli among them) and the Test Kitchen served Danish comfort food.
