All-Purpose Overproof Cocktail
Yield: 1
- INGREDIENTS
Ice
1½ ounces overproof spirit of choice
½ ounce lemon juice
¼ ounce lime juice
¼ ounce gomme syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the spirit, lemon juice, lime juice, syrup and bitters. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Serve.
