The city's most iconic restaurant, Four Seasons, is teaming up with the James Beard Foundation to celebrate its 40 years on the food map at the JBF's annual Chefs & Champagne gala. Held at the Long Island's Wölffer Estate Vineyard, the event will feature chefs like Paul Bartolotta, Missy Robbins and Chris Lee, who will be on hand to pay their respects with samples of their latest dishes.
