Scarpetta, Gotham Steak and Hakkasan offer prix fixe ($54) menus in July to celebrate the opening of the hotel in 1954. The July 54 menus are available at dinner any time Sun. through Thu. and between 6 and 7 p.m. on Fri. and Sat. Valet with restaurant validation is $12 throughout the summer.
