Meat Market

On Prime Rib Sundays, chef Sean Brasel serves a slow-roasted then wood-grilled prime rib. It's topped with fried onions and fried green Anaheim chiles ($35 to $38). The steak au jus is served from 6 p.m. until it's gone.
