Cocktail Recipe: Cucumber Gin Gimlet

A gimlet is like an old friend: always there when you need it, regardless of how much time has passed since you last called upon it.

And even though you've always liked it for what it already is (gin, lime juice and simple syrup), like any good friend you're willing to be supportive of new endeavors. In this version, the addition of muddled cucumber allows the drink to maintain its integrity while adding an even more refreshing layer. Your old pal just got a new look.
