  • 2 celery stalks
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1¾ ounces gin (such as Plymouth)
  • Ice
  • Dr Brown's Cel-Ray soda (or substitute lemon-lime soda)
  • Celery bitters or Angostura bitters
Directions
  1. Finely chop one of the celery stalks. In a cocktail shaker, add the finely chopped celery, lime wedges and sugar. Muddle until the celery is crushed and the sugar dissolved. Add the gin and ice.
