Pop-Up Alert

Chef Roy Villacrusis settles down, sort of, for a pop-up restaurant starting tonight. He'll serve a menu of 15 to 20 small plates ($88 to $100; call 561-632-7385 to reserve). Villacrusis describes the overall menu theme as "sushi and Japanese izakaya with some French sensibilities." Chef Roy's Studio serves the small-plate parade at Bangkok-O-Cha Tuesday to Saturday evenings through the fall.
