BloomFest 2012 is coming to the Downtown Arts District this weekend, celebrating this growing cultural hub. Named in honor of longtime community activist Joel Bloom, the free all-day event will feature three performance stages, kid-friendly activities, and more than 75 local vendors and exhibitors. A selection of food trucks, including Coolhaus and Mandoline Grill, will be parked alongside neighborhood favorites like Wurstküche and The Pie Hole.
