Heads Up!

The third annual L.A. Street Food Fest will descend on the Rose Bowl at the end of July ($45; click here to purchase). Some of the city’s best actual street food, like Mariscos Jalisco and Kogi, and such brick-and-mortar outfits as Mo-Chica and Short Order will be on hand. Food blogger Bill Esparza is handling the out-of-town talent, specifically a lineup of chefs including Javier Plascencia, from Tijuana’s buzzy culinary scene.
