Curtis Duffy (Avenues), Stephanie Izard (Girl & The Goat) and the rest of the 2011 StarChefs.com Chicago Rising Stars will gather at The Fairmont to serve one of the dishes that earned them the title, paired with drinks selected by Rising Star sommelier Rachel Lowe (Sixteen) and beer sommelier Michael McAvena (The Publican).
