Vegan Tahini Ranch Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut (or other plant-based) yogurt
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 ½ tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water, plus more as needed
Directions
  1. Add the yogurt, tahini, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together.
  3. Add water and whisk until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve with crudités or salad.
